My name is Valerio, I started tattooing in 1993; I opened my first studio in 1996 in Orvieto. Because of the military reform, in this city a sharp drop in attendance of military personnel has occurred, and as a result, I moved to Foligno ( the city that gave me so much at professional and operational level). Finally, after many years, I managed to get my own studio and now I am in Assisi. I have practiced martial arts since childhood by different disciplines, in fact, my approach with the tattoo was thanks to these; precisely at the age of 20 years, at my 1st SANDA national meeting, I saw a Thai covered with tattoos with oriental motifs. Completely ignorant in the field of tattooing, I could not understand how such complex designs could remain indelibly etched in the skin. One of my greatest passions has always been drawing and applied to the tattoo I saw the aesthetic evolution of the body. I decided to have a small tattoo and at the same time, learn to do it. I have visited many studies to learn some little secret, but unfortunately, as often happens in these cases, I found only behind closed doors. It was through private schools that I was able to learn the basics to start tattooing, beginning to smear my left arm and not happy, I went to my family, relatives, friends, and my wife Rita (from long time she is working with me, devoting very patiently, a quality that I don’t possess, in receive and advice even more demanding customers). I am grateful to all those who have undergone, acting as guinea pigs. To improve and evolve in this beautiful but complex trade, I attended convention and highly qualified courses, for increased vocational training in order to provide more security in terms of aesthetic and medical tattoo. I like tattooed everything, but I especially prefer chiaroscuro (monochrome), oriental style and freehand drawings. Getting a tattoo is not just a buzzword, but also a passion devoid of cultural elements. it also embraces the behavior of noble emotion of historical and personal memories.
